JD Powers question on conversational interfaces

JD Powers sent a survey around to new car buyers, and asked the following question:
A Natural Language Voice-Activation feature works by
understanding fluent natural language instead of command
keywords like ‘RADIO…ON’. For example, ‘TURN UP THE
RADIO’ or ‘MAKE THE MUSIC LOUDER’ would all have the
same effect. How likely would you be to purchase this feature on
your next vehicle at a cost of $300?
I wonder who’s asking this? (via Dean “not the Pope of Slope” Knuth).
